Hello, I am posting on behalf of a friend and as yet do not know the exact model sorry, but the problem is this, the washing machine works fine cycles, spinning etc. but it appears the washing powder is disappearing as soon as the machine starts and therefore the clothes are being washed in clear water.
I know its a long shot but anyone have any ideas? I will find out more when I go and take a look, she is an elderly lady so getting details over the phone was a bit hit and miss
Its a 1997 model so probably had its day.
