Adding an extra radiator

Hi,
I have just recently moved house & would like to put in an extra radiator into the conservatory, the conservatory runs off the kitchen & the boiler is on the conservatory wall in the kitchen, would this be an easy job to do & are there any rules & regulations for doing this, is there a step by step guide as i cannot find anything in the diy books to do this.
Any help would be much appreciated.
