Hi, i am having a problem with my boiler and am hoping that someone can help! . I have a combi boiler and cannot seem to get the pilot light to ignite when switching on the heating system. The pilot light has no problem igniting with the water side of things. I have changed both fuses within the system and so am a bit confused of what to do now!?! I would be very grateful if anyone could help, thankyou, kind regards Ryan.

We cannot make any suggestions until you tell us the boiler make and model number!

Repairing boilers is usually more complicated than just changing fuses.

If a fuse had blown then there would be a faulty component as the cause.

ryan, do you have a 'Room Thermostat' and if so, is it turned up (past 20)?
