zanussi turbodry 1050

my zanussi turbodry 1050 washing/drying machine is making a very loud knocking noise and it seems that one or two of the drum satblizers has broken. How easy is this to repair? and where do I get a special screwdriver from to open the top?Hope some one can advise me
