please help have to replace light switch in bathroom got a one way switch but got 3 lives 3 neutrals 1 earth what do i do

You would not normally expect to see neutrals in a standard light switch, just lives and switched lives. It sounds like your switch operates more than just the one light. But, as was said above, copy how the old one was wired and it should work.
