vokera excell 80 sp boiler

Could you all put your heads together and see if you can help out the following problem

The above boiler supplies central heating with no problems but when i switch my shower on the water gets excessively hot and shuts the boiler down,once cool the boiler can be reused

hot waer thermistor,boiler pressure settings?

Excel only has one thermistor. It checks primary water temperature during either demand.
