worcester 28ijunior reset button

last night my electric went off. now my newly installed (3 weeks old) worcester 28ijumior boiler wont heat up. no hot water or C.H.

there is a engineer coming out tomorrow but you know how clold it is of a night. lol . so i thought i would ask on here to see if you guys had any ideas.

in the instruction booklet it tell you to push the RESET button, which i have done, this works for about a minute , then the RESET button starts blicking again.

any ideas ?
