Adding borders when tiling a bathroom

Please can someone help. I am wanting to tile my bathroom but I am not sure where to start. I have got a top border and a middle border. Please can you tell me do I add the borders first and which one do i add first the top of bottom? thanks so much

Start from the bottom and work up. Level and fix battens to start with the 2nd row up (then go back later and do the bottom row). just fix the borders as you come to them. Take care with your spacing - particularly if you've got a mosaic border. Take your time and use lots of spacers or the weight of the tiles above can push the mosaics down. Also take your time setting out before you start. You really don't want any teeny bits of tiles around corners or windows.
