Noisey Boiler

Hi I have a Halstead best 60 boiler
been installed for about 4 or 5 years.
When the heating is on the Summer seeting all is OK, But now we have moved into the Winter setting (heating and water) The pipes and boiler "BANG" Like mad just after start up and then when its running.
You can also hear water runing back into the boiler sometimes
Hope someone knows how to stop it or reduce

This may be that the pump has begun to slow or packed up all together. If the latent heat can not get away from the boiler it will bang.

The pump was installed at the same time but the pipework is about 20+ years old.
I can turn up the speed on the pump i will try that
