Hi

Wondered if anyone can help....

I have a Myson Midas boiler. When the heating is turned on, the pressure rises and the boiler cuts out. Once the boiler has cooled down you can switch the heating back on and the same thing happens. The heating will only stay on for a few mins.

I called an engineer out and he said that I need a new boiler!!!

Did I call a cowboy out or could it be fixable?
