sime super90 no CHW

Dear All,
I have sime super 90 boiler, there is DHW but not CHW, when I turn it on all I can hear is the pump noise. when I turn the tap is firing. any idea pleas.

called the gas engineer and found that a little like junction box at the back of the boiler in the lower left hand side of the boiler out of place ,was pushed back . this box acting as the roon thermostat in the boiler. probelem solved

That was the gas engineers explanation? room stat in the boiler sounds a bit funny how much did you get charged?
