Sleepyhead is a sort of Guru!...I think he only appears when you least expect him?! I dont even care if I cant fix my washing machine!!...Just the fact I might know how, is satisfaction enough!!
I reckon he's a proffessor, inventor or some wacky old boy who just knows too much!!

Blockage in the drainage system, faulty pump, broken wiring or at worst faulty pcb.

Check the drain hose and system for a blockage.
If all clear, remove the pump and check it for blockage and operation.
