Hi,
I've just had my bathroom ceiling and one of my bathrooms walls skimmed (not re-plastered, just boarded and skimmed). Can you tell me how to go about painting it? I've heard conflicting ideas about whether and how to seal the plaster before applying emulsion and whether to specialist "kitchen and bathroom" paints are any good. With it being a bathroom, it will obviously be subject to a lot of steam.
Secondly, can I begin sealing/painting as soon as the plaster appears to be dry, or should I wait longer?
Thanks,
Matt
