36mm to 32 or 40mm wastepipe

can anyone please help,i have old 36mm waste and can\\\'t connect to either 32mm or 40mm new waste. thanx.what do i do?

If you are trying to connect this pipe to new metric pipe you can use a universal fitting, straights, tees etc (McAlpine make them) If tou mean the actual waste in the sink, bath or basin you will have to renew it.

Hi Gigz, Went straight out and brought a universal fitting, as you suggested, worked perfectly. I was trying to connect pushfits.
