Vaillant turbomax 824 noisy boiler??

1, Vaillant turbomax 824 combi gas
2, When the central heating is turned on, there is a loud noise comin from the boiler.. This does not happen for the hot water!
3, nothing has been changed, boiler 2 years old in december
4, the problem started about 6 months ago.

I ain't a wizard on vaillants but if I was I would like a better description of the noise and where it was coming from.
Knowing what I do know about these I would say that it could be a notorious problem with the motorised diverter valve.
