Easier to hire one at bansons. I loved the idea at first, thought of buying one, glad i didn`t! Hired one only once. Good bits of kit but not as useful as you first think.

I could have made good use of an electric freezer at least 3 times this week!

Get one if you can afford it mate!

Eg: went today and diagnosed a faulty pump in an ex-l/a block at 4pm. Ball-o-fix pump valves which are guaranteed to leak when touched so new valves required. Crappy 1980's system with a guaranteed blocked cold feed.

That's maybe 2-3 hours work to drain, new valves & pump, and unblock cold feed. I didn't have the time to do it tonight, so Mrs has to wait till tomorow. If I had a freezer machine, 15 mins to freeze, 20 mins for new gate type pump valves & pump - bobs your uncle...

Muchly gloomsome if the pipes are all at 80º when you turn up...

For an odd use the diy cans are OK - very cold (colder than the pro cans).
