I am having my house completely rewired and want to pick out some new light switches. My electrician tells me they need to be 1 Gang 1 Way switches. The problem I am having is that all the 1 Gang 1 Way switches I have found are either white plastic or dimmers. I have seen nice nickel effect switches from likes of Crabtree and Volex but they only seem to do 1 Gang 2 Way versions. Am I missing something can a 2 way be tweaked to work as a one way? |

A 2 way switch will function as a 1 way switch. |
