plastic micro bore under floor?

Hi,
Please your advice is appreciated. I want to run plastic micro bore under skirting on a concrete floor, is it wise and should it be put in trunking to prevent loss of heat when in contact with cold floor? many thanks for your responses.

Put it in no trunking needed nice warm skirtings

No probs its fine try not to have joints under the floor
