if its a full NVQ2 (ie with work experiance portfolio) then the chances are quite high

for example british gas and homeserve are advertising nation wide for trainees with nvq2 and reactive plumbers with the same

without it the out look is not so good, also this level of quailifaction does not pay that well and you would be well advised to get the NVQ3

good luck

many thanks corgiman....... very quick reply and great answer...

Speaking as an independent all that matters after the first few trial weeks of employment is your competence. Anyone that comes to me who is proficient will have a good job with good oportunities. Anyone who isn't will be out the door after the first month.

What you have to do it focus hard and become skilled.
