Glow Worm microturbo 40

Hi all

Had a strange one today, I was called today have a look at the above mentioned boiler, the customer said that it was working all ok, i.e. the C/h and Dhw was coming on when requested, but after the boiler was on for about an hour it went to lockout, after the reset was pressed it started up again for about another hour and went to lockout again, it keeps doing this all the time.
I checked the stats, which were changed about a month ago, they seemed ok, the gas pressure was ok to.
Has anyone got any idea's

Microturbo??? Never heard of that one. Do you mean micron?
If you hadnt mentioned the make I would have swore you were talking about a suprima. Microns have a similar reputation for blowing PCB's

If it is a micron and has green lights but are not flashing a fault sequance check the flow and return temp sounds like it is over heating the 30-50 has not got pump o/run.If system or h/exch flow restricted on shut down boiler will go above 95deg and go to lock out
