I cannot see how to remove the swivel spout since there is no grub screw to undo or outer shroud to lift as shown in the DIY books - I have tried both pulling up and pushing down the spout at various positions while turning, but so far with no success - help please |

90º to one side or the other, and wiggle it upwards. |
