HELP! Won't complete cycle

I'm in need of some help. I own a Kitchenaid KUDM01TJWH1. (Here is a link to the dishwasher: link removed

The dishwasher is electronic. Recently when I start a cycle, it will not complete the cycle. It remains on the first stage (wash) and does not stop. Any ideas on how to troubleshoot this problem? Thanks

its sounds like the heater has blown, its trying to heat up but it cant so the program sticks, could b a nasty little job
