Hoptoint DF62 stopping mid cycle/not draining

Hi, we have a DF62 which has suddenly started halting when the timer is at about \\\"7 o\\\'clock\\\" the whole machine just goes quiet. If I push the timer past this point it carries on but upon opening the machine it hasn\\\'t rinsed and the bottom is full of cloudy water? Is it terminal?

sounds like you have a problem with the drain pump.is the waste pipe clear?

HI

Emptied it out anc cleaned what I could around the impeller. I ran some cleaner through it and, whilst empty, it worked reasonably well. The drain pump is buzzing loudly so I suspect the pump is on its way out.

As per ealrier post I reckon the drain pump is on its way out. Anyone know how I get to it to change it?
