got one cold radiator upstairs in bedroom. thermostat control at one end. the pipe coming up from the floor to this is hot, but the one at the other end of the radiatior coming up from the floor is cold. tried turning off all other radiators but this caused a slight leak in cold pipe coming from floor. no sound of water filling radiatior.

If its hot up to the valve it may be the thermostat pin stuck in the closed position. how long since it last worked.
