My Aqualisa quartz off the wall pumped shower has worked faultlessly since installation sept 2003.
Last week we had power cut and the shower allowed water (cold) to shoot out of it until I had climbed into loft to turn off water supply to it.
It would appear that when mains is on, it 'locks' the pump from allowing any water through but with no current, water pressure moves the pump allowing water to get through.
The pump and shower were professionally installed but has something been overlooked in connecting things up?
Any help gratefully rec'd as I am now concerned that we will have a flood on our hands with next power cut!
