neptune exotic shower problem

I inherited a neptune exotic 9.5kw shower when i moved into my new place.
The auto reset light is constantly on, i've reset it, turned the power off, fiddled with the switches....nothing...still auto reset.

Any ideas??

sorry never heard of it but sounds like another dodgy shower with a dodgy pcb or switch.

Without knowing its origin its a needle in a haystack. sounds like a special from a shed perhaps. might have to replace with a wel known brand Mira sport 9.5kw. At least u can repair quality products. Hey just watch sombody will probably know it within 10 mins of this post.

I've got that shower. Had it for about six or seven years and had no problems at all. I got it in B&Q. I should have the instructions somewhere. I've seen them on the net too.

Have looked everywhere but, I can't see the booklet for it anywhere.
