Firstly, apologies if this has already been covered. I looked a few pages but couldn't see.

I have recently removed an old kitchen mixer tap. Apart from the fact hardly any water came out of hot tap, it was old and needed changing anyway.

Installing a new mixer, I thought this would fix the hot water pressure problem but hasn't. Before I connected the hot water supply to the taps, it poured out into a bucket with good pressure.

What do you think is the problem? Cold is fine.

Cheers
