Look in the CU (isolate first!!) to see if there are two conductors connected to the mcb.

If there are, with power still off, split these conductors and their associated neutrals and earths. Use a Multimeter set to continuity and put one probe on each of the lives/ neutrals/earths. If you get continuity it is likely(though not guaranteed!) to be a ring.

This test is a starting point, at least.
