Stained Grouting

The grouting in my kitchen floor is stained and is less than 9 months old.I have tried various propriorty cleaners including bleach, all to no avail.I am considering removing the marked spots in the top layer of grout ,regrouting and sealing. Any comments please would be helpful. Are these seals any good?

What colour is your grout? Any colour other than grey looks dirty pretty quickly on floors.
