I would like to replace my panel fence with close board fencing (the one you build in). I have grooved concrete posts and gravel boards already in place. Is it possible to use the existing grooved concrete posts for this purpose?

Yes you can, use a arris or cant rail

Or if you want to be clever, make a square frame with close boarding then slotted it in. You can then take it out for treatment
