2 Way Wall Light Switch

Hello
I am changing an old style two way switch that lights the utility room at the back of my kitchen and the kitchen. Problem is the two switches are completely different. I have diagrams drawn in MS VISIO - can anyone help me please. Regards Jonathan Beck icon_confused.gif

Do you mean a 2 GANG switch?Can you post a picture of both switches?
