As of current I have had the maintenance person in my apartment look at my dishwasher 3 times and he has not fixed the problem. Water is backing up and often will not drain after a full cycle. Hes blamed this on my soap on normal operation and now trys to tell me its because we have heat dry preselected. after reading some posts i had requested him to check the float and the drain line. Am I just off base or is he just shrugging his work?
