Parquet Flooring
I am about to embark on the task of laying some reclaimed mahogony parquet blocks. I recently read that there was some type of rubberoid adhesive that would allow for a 1-4mm difference in the thickness of the blocks (due to the old tar adhesive) that would provide secure adhesion to a 3/4 inch ply sub floor. However, having written the name down I have lost the piece of paper !!! Does anyone know of such an adhesive and whether it is suitable for the task in hand ? All help welcome !
