I've noticed that a substantial piece of felt has ripped in the loft, the bedroom below has a built in cupboard with mildew in it and the windows are always wet with condensation not to mention the coldest room in the house.
Moved in recently and not sure what can be done.....presume replacing the felt means $$$ Dollars $$$. is there temporary fix?, tried to push it back into place but fairly brittle and looks like water has settled on some of it in a nice puddle. Loft smells like mens toilets after closing time, is this likely to be anything to do with gaping hole?
