What are Type S Bulbs
Reply with quote Thanks

I am trying to plae a bulb in a china closet that I just purchased but the socket is empty. The spec label says to use a bulb that does not exceed 40 W and is a Type S bulb.

I am uncertain what type of base or bulb this is. Anyone have feedback?

Thanks

Did You Find The S Bulb?
Reply with quote Thanks

I bought a curio second hand, and the light sticker says to put in a "S" bulb, 40 watts or less. Since it did not come with a bulb, I have no idea what an "S" bulb is.

I'm in the same boat as you, but no clue as to how to find out.
