Hallstead CH & HW Problem

I have a 3 year old Halstead Ace High boiler. 4 Rads upstairs 4 down. 1 rad downstairs is hot the others downstairs are luke warm, upstairs get fairly hot. Other problem is the Hot water, Boiler fires up and hot waters starts to flow then the boiler over heats and cuts out for about 20 secs then comes back on.
A plumber came and drained the system and couldnt find the problem. also the pressure seems to drop very quickly.

Any one have any suggestions? Please

All of these things point to dirt in the system blocking the plate HE and the radiator system.

It could be caused by an under performing pump and that would be the first thing to check after doing a thermal survey.
