Bosch Classixx installation

Hi there,

Hope someone can help me! I bought a new Bosch washing machine when my old one(which was really old!) was still full of water at the end of each wash, ive checked and double checked that ive installed the new one correctly but after 20 mins of the first wash (no clothes) it stops when its still got a couple of litres in the drum. After draining it manually the machine was dead, i changed the fuse and started the same cycle again but exactly the same result! Any advice? Ive poured some unblocking stuff down the waste pipe also.
Please help!
