removing an OLD radiator
Reply with quote Thanks

Just moved to the UK from the US and need advice. Moved into an old terraced house with old cast iron radiators on the walls, but not the original ones I'm told...want to remove all of them to repaint/plaster house and repaint radiators. My question is this: Is removing an old radiator the same task as removing a newer model? For example, my radiators are fitted to the floor and not mounted on brackets to the wall. Also, the two plastic-capped bits are not both located at the bottom of the radiator, one is at the top. Have not found much help online so far. Any advice welcome, cheers!
