Diplomat dishwasher not cleaning properly

Hello

I have a diplomat dishwaher which is not cleaning items in the bottom, would appear they only get clean by water from above. Pans etc., facing down in bottom basket might well have not been put in for amount of clean they get, what could be causing this ?

What model number?
In general, blocked spray arms would cause this.

Will have to have a look for the model number, however I can tell you I have had the spray arms off on numerous occasions to clean/make sure they are not blocked
