 |
|
I have just installed a new shower Its a Triton Altair Thrmostatic bar Mixer with a temp control on one end and a flow control on the other end.
On installing the new shower there has been a dramatic reduction in pressure. The new shower just does not seem to \\\"open up\\\" as the old one did. I can only assume that the new shower some how offers mores resistance to the flow of the water than the old one did?
I was thinking that prehaps a manual shower mixer how be better?
Does anyone have any ideas?

Is the mixer fed from tanks? If so perhaps it's designed for higher pressures. |

Shower states it will work on pressures as low as 0.1bar |

check to see if there aree flow limiters fitted to the shower, these are sometimes fitted for systems where the hot and cold pressures aree unequal |
