shock off fridge

In my shop staff keep getting a shock off the fridges, think its static as happens when wet and bad when snowy recently. Any ideas what could be and how to resolve prob? p.s. think the plugs have been spurd of a ring main but have 4 dub sockets there could this be a cause

Don't b*****r about on a DIY forum asking for advice with an electrical problem that could kill your staff. Ring your AM and get a spark down there NOW.

sounds bad, static is less likely to happen when wet, a 240v shock is more likely to happen. get spark in.
