Good day.
I've just moved into a six storey (c. 1928) block of flats which have some sort of concrete floor/ceiling between each level. My ceilings have been papered with woodchip (which I hate, but I must say it's been done extremely well). With the slight movement of the ceiling due to the weight of whatever is upstairs, some cracks have appeared - no wider than 1mm, but the woodchip has cracked too and it's not a pretty sight.
Could anyone kindly advise me of the best way to deal wth this? I've tried things like polyfiller in the past but that just tends to crack again after a while. Is there anything out there designed for this situation that has some elasticity in it?
Many thanks,
Willie
