I installed Carron Jemma monobloc kitchen mixer taps approx 12 months ago. They worked fine until I had a shower fitted which required a pump to be installed (Salamander 2.2bar). As I live in a bungalow with a low flow rate to the kitchen,I hoped to \\\'kill two birds with one stone\\\' and installed the pump at the head of the hot water supply. The shower works fine, as do other mixers in the bathroom, en-suite and cloakroom. Unfortunately, the kitchen mixer \\\'coughs/chokes\\\' as though the 10mm outlet can't cope with two 15mm inlets when one of them is pumped. Can anyone advise whether or not a replacement tap is necessary for use on a pumped supply and, if so, any recommended products.
