i have a leaking cast iron soli pipe can you buy any sort of tape to patch it or is it best to replace the broken part with plastic pipe if so how do you do that

always better to replace but there is a tape u can use as a temp fix .. i forgot the name call in to ur local merchants and tell em ur problem, it is a black tape with **** on it .. sticks like shi te to a blanket . icon_smile.gif

it is denso tape you are looking for or you could cut a section out and use a fernco but make sure you use a cast to cast fernco as apposed to cast/plastic and that should fix permantly
