mixer tap snapped!

hi unfortunatly my mixer tap head snapped inside the body,the plastic piece which goes up and down when you move the head to put the water off and on ,ive got the broken piece out of the head but the ohter piece is still in the body ,how do i remove it properly and where can i get a replacement?

Can't really advise as we don't know what you've got. You can look a here but I'd bet you have to get a new tap.
