Bathroom lights always on

I have wired a new spotlight in the bathroom and it is always on I cannot turn it off. There are 4 red 2 black and 3 earth.The other lights on the circuit can be switched off. I am pulling my hair out someone please help!!! icon_sad.gif

There should be one cable with 2 red cores and a bare earth? Put one in the permanent live terminal (with the other reds from the other cables) and then connect the light to the second red conductor.
