PLastering bathroom

Just starting to remove the old tiles off the wall and large areas of the old plaster/mortar are coming away.

Do I use Thistle Bonding or Thistle Hardwall plaster to build the wall back up and then Thistle Multi Finish or Thistle Board finish over the top.

Your help and advice really would be appreciated.

use thistle bonding for the backing coat and multi finish for the skim coat.

I would advise to use a bonding coat and get a nice tight finish (at least level). Most adhesives bond better with a bonding coat than with multi finish especially as a skim coat is only 1/4" thick.
