hotpoint washer drier

We cannot understand the drying instructions for this machine. Every time we think we have set it to dry it starts to wash again! can anyone enlighten us as to what may be going wrong

mmmm, its a separate dial for drying, have a peek at the insructions, or go to a a white goods shop and ask for a demo as if you were going to purchase
