Hotpoint BFI68 Flashing Crystal, AutoDuo and RinseAid

Hi,

We have a Hotpoint BFI68 that has just stopped working. It seems to start fine, but after about 10 minutes it stops and the Crystal, Auto DuoWash and Rise Aid lights are flashing.
The first few times this happened the salt light was also flashing - so we filled up the salt and rinse aid! Since then the salt light has stopped flashing but it still doesn\\\'t get past this point. It also doesn\\\'t release the detergent tablet and the water doesn\\\'t seem to get hot.

Any ideas?? I can\\\'t even find what this error code is.
