My outdoor tap suddenly stopped working. I was using it and then noticed that no water was coming out. There is one of those isolating valves inside the house but when I tried to turn it, nothing happened. Any ideas? |

the valves turned off and b*****r so you can't turn it back on?
replace iso valve |

is it a tap with a non return valve built in? if so this could have got stuck.
